NJC/LGA Scale 6 scale points 19 - 22

Actual Salary range £26,455 - £27,865

(Full Time Salary range £29,777 - £31,364 - April 2023 settlement)

Due to the retirement of our Library Manager, Blatchington Mill School is seeking to recruit to this important role in this successful and popular school.

This is a fabulous opportunity to support our Head of English and Literacy Lead to promote high standards of literacy across all year groups. The Library Manager will be central to our ongoing drive to spark and maintain a love of reading throughout our students' school career and beyond.

The successful candidate will be motivated and creative, solution focussed and able to lead colleagues in the team.

Induction and training would be provided and we encourage ongoing professional development.
