Maths Olympiad Success

Following on from our success at the Intermediate Maths Challenge which saw Blatch students secure 15 bronze, 12 silver, and 6 gold certificates, we are so proud to share that three of our students were invited to take part in the Maths Olympiad - a follow-on competition for the top scoring participants.

Having three students take part in the Olympiad is a new record for Blatchington Mill and we can now reveal that they all did an amazing job of representing our school in this very demanding competition. Constantinos F in Year 9 was awarded a certificate of merit; Louis F in Year 10, a distinction and Cal Scott-Levis in Year 11, a distinction and also a medal. Congratulations to all three - what an amazing achievement!
