£622 raised for Sport Relief!
Year 7 students donned their Red Noses on Friday afternoon to take part in three sporting activities including Tug of War, obstacle race and human table football!
The fundrasing event was organised by PE teacher, Mr Whittington and efficiently run by year 9 and 10 Sports Leaders who helped to set up the games and encourage participants.
Each student donated £1 to take part and subsequently managed to raise a very respectable £622 for Sport Relief. According to Sport Relief, a total of over £72 million has been raised across the UK.
Lots of fun was had by all who took part and the sunshine made the day all the more enjoyable! Well done to everyone who got involved to help raise money for such a great cause...
